Great location to amenities, especially the ice rink. Only downside is bar facilities closed, however, being that central there were places to go. Really quiet considering central location.
Nice location even though in the middle of town and shops. Was quiet. Quiet when checked in too. Room a good size, clean and fresh as always. No issues except could do with a black out blind as the curtains didn't really cover the massive window in the corner and the light still shines right in especially on top of where one of our beds were set up underneath.
Fairly priced rooms in a central location, making it a convenient base for events at the International Centre and for exploring Telford. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money compared to other nearby options.
I booked this for my son and his girlfriend as they were going to a concert. Nice, clean rooms and nice breakfast. Convenient location.
The staff here are wonderful and deserve 5 stars. The food was also excellent. I feel that it is let down by the lack of disability car parking and distance from the multi storey car park (we had luggage and it was raining). Also, the guest rooms felt a bit tired and I didn't like the smell of the drains.
Adequate accomodation right in the centre of Telford. Great price. Receptionist could have been a little more friendly. Breakfast team were lovely and breakfast was good for a buffet. Noise from extractor fan in bathroom was little annoying. Condensation build up on non opening windows was ridiculous. Not possible to talk to anyone about it as after we checked in and on check out there was no one to talk to. Drop your card in a box. Great location though!
The hotel is very close to the city centre and within walking distance to Telford international centre. The receptionists especially Erykah are very helpful and friendly. The room is of good size. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in the hotel.
I visited overnight for a conference at the Telford International Centre. There is a lift up to reception if you need one. The receptionist was really helpful when we arrived. Plenty of hot water, not too noisy and many signs asking you to tiptoe so peaceful. The bed was comfortable, very good night sleep. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of choice and served on site. All aspects of the stay were pleasing. The parking is reduced in price as a resident in the hotel. You need to make sure you are in the correct car park though. I wasn't and the parking was more but, it wasn't extortionate so no damage done.
